Shipping costs may vary by item and ship to location. 


PROCESSING TIME

Your order is processed withing 2-3 business day.  Since most of our items are made to order, this includes production time.  

Estimated Delivery Time
Once your order is ready to ship, we will send tracking information to the email used during checkout.  Arrival time depends upon the delivery option chosen at checkout.purchase.

Please note that Shipping carriers may experience delays due to the COVID-19 pandemic and inclement weather.

If your order hasn't arrived within 60 days of your original purchase date, please contact our support team for a full refund.

(This policy excludes errors made by customers when providing shipping details on their order(s) or missed parcel deliveries).

RETURNS AND REFUND GUARANTEE

For items received that are not as we described in our listing and defective items, we cover the return shipping cost and replace the item as soon as possible.

All returns must be in its original packaging and condition and also be made within 30 days of the delivery date.
